My room included central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a radio. The location was comfy, close to De Hallen van Schaarbeek. The hotel was in a shopping area, so close to Train station, bus stop, the center and the business area.

We stayed in the double room. It is new and the bed is nice, soft and big. There is tv, well-working hairdryer, nice fresh towels, enough soap to have douche and 4 packs of shampoo. In general the impression of the hotel was very nice. The metro stop is rather close, though we travelled to the centre of Brussels by foot, it's interesting and not long. The parking in Brussels is incredibly expensive, so we were very glad to be able to park our car in the garage of the hotel, it costed 10 euro, at least 2 times less than in the city. Though the garage is very small - only 4 parking lots. Keep in my mind to book it in advance if you need.
The girl working in the morning at the reception hardly speaked English and French as well, I doubt also if she speaks Dutch. She was also not well-informed generally about directions and situation in the city. And she didn't care about calling the housekeeper to make sure that our room was already prepared and wanted us to wait until 14 o'clock (the official check-in) though it was 13:30. Only the interference of the manager/owner of the hotel saved us from waiting next 30 useless minutes. So the only minus for the hotel is the staff of the morning.

This hotel is located in about 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, which was quite comfortable for me, as I planned to visit some other Belgian cities. Also, it takes you only 20 minutes to go from (to) the Brussels airport by direct bus. There is some kind of Turkish (or Arabian?) district around the hotel, but the area itself is very calm and doesn't seem to be dangerous. Breakfast costs extra 7.50 euro, but it's a good value for money. There are many good eating places around the hotel which are open until midnight. The hotel personnel was really friendly and spoke very good English.
The room was really small (but clean). There was no soap near the washbasin, I had to go to the shower cabin each time I wanted to wash my hands. But I stayed there only for 1 night, so it didn't matter. WiFi was only at the lobby, but what can you expect from the 2-star hotel?

Would be happy to recommend for a brief stop-in
Clean room, spacious bathroom, with free Wi-Fi and a convenient location just a short walk from the botanical gardens and only minutes away from a tram stop that connects you to various city attractions.
No complaints.

it was clean, warm (important during the winter in Brux) and confortable. The room was very small, but for that price was good enough.

Very clean bed, spotless bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television and a radio in the room. The view from the window to inner courtyard. Exceptionally nice and magnificent location close to De Hallen van Schaarbeek.

Plot twist, it's actually great!
I found the location perfect for exploring, with excellent transport links. The staff were pretty good, getting me into my room early. The mini kiosk was a nice touch, and the Wi-Fi was uninterrupted. Such a budget-friendly gem, definitely exceeded my expectations!

The location of this place was perfect for our family trip, as it was close to attractions and public transport. We appreciated the friendly staff who helped us navigate the city and were particularly accommodating with our baby's needs.
In my wife's opinion, the room needed more family-friendly amenities, especially a proper crib.
